Probably with a few changes. As you can see this is not my design, but fits what I want to do. This looks to me to be in HO on a 4X8. My layout is N on a 46" X 80" table, hopefully it will fit. There is more tunneling here than I want. I will go with not so much elevating as it looks like they are using many incline sets and that could get expensive. I have one set of 2% and would like to get one more to come back down. So will try and see how it all works out. Any suggestions here are welcome.

I believe the pic is an HO Layout. For N scale you should be able to do much more than that on your 46x80. Those might be 4 percent grades. I would stick with 2 percent risers, especially with N gauge.
