I was looking around on Athearn and Bachmann's websites and i found two things of interest! First Athearn Roundhouse is re-releasing their old timer 2-8-0 (see new releases by Athearn)

Also, Bachmann is coming out with a Baldwin Locomotive Works 26 in their USRA 0-6-0

Glad to hear it. Those are two perfect steam locos for layouts, appearing in any era from 1911 to the present. If all your motive power is diesel you could add a tourist line with either locomotive.

Sure wish MRC would come out with a new version of Mantua's Mikado's and Pacific's. With a coreless or at least a can motor and a gearbox.
