Ho scale beacon

Does anybody know if anybody makes the beacon shown in the photo below? (on the corner of the cab)

You can use the Plano etched plate and some sort of LED, i know they make becons, and the plate, would have to have some minor filling (looks like its got solid sides).

Perhaps you could file down the stem on this one or get a strobe close to the one in the photo and mount it on a pin. It would take some mighty fine wiring and work to make it operational though.
