Grain Operations Help

I have found several resources for designing and operating a rail yard. What I am having trouble finding is track design and operating principles for grain elevators. Any resources appreciated.

Looks like http://waltonfeed.com/elevator/index.html has just abut everything you'd ever want to know about a grain elevator. It's based in Canada but I assume US operations are pretty much the same.

Just so happens that the History Channel had a big episode the other day about corn and corn products. Lots of info there too.

There was also a recent episode of "Dirty Jobs" on Discovery Channel where he was cleaning out a grain storage bin. I learned a lot about how the bin works, and how the grain is transported in and out of it. I'm sure they'll show the rerun repeatedly over the next couple of weeks.
