EMD builder Plate

I have an EMD builders plate dated Feb 72. It is a class 0-4-4-0, serial number 7362-11. Does anyone know where I could look this serial number up to find out what type engine this plate came off of??? I'll assume being an 0-4-4-0 that it is a GP series, but thats all I know. Any help would be appreciated.

From the build date, it looks like it could be from either a GP38/GP40, or SW1000/1001/1500.

72 - wouldn't it be a Dash 2 by then?

Not too sure. I've looked at a dozen or so sites with no luck. The serial number just doesn't show up as I see it on the plate.
