I have been there a few times but I was in a hurry and could not find it and I asked several employees and they had no idea what I was looking for.Never heard of that item.
If they did it would be back by the paper, tag board, balsa wood. It just so happens to be by the train section as well.

I'm guessing you looked there, but that's my only idea.
I have looked and asked. The store near me does not.
Depends on how thin you want, but Wally World has plastic signs (for sale, beware of dog, etc. that serve very well for cheap.
The latest N Scale Magazine has a page called "Tips and Tools". This months tip is to go to the local dollar store and get "for sale" signs, nice big signs made of thin plastic. Cuts and paints like styrene and the author says they are a lot cheaper.
You can go to almost any store & ask them for any old signs that they don't want. If you lived close to me I would give you as much as you need. I have about a pickup load of thin plstic that I got from a Walmart remodel about 4 years ago. 2 weeks ago I threw away 2 large garbage can fulls of thin plastic. What are you going to use it for? I can tell you a lot of horror stories about using thin plastic on your layout.
Dekker,
I supply some hobby shops with styrene, sort of an offshoot of my business.
If you can't find what you need I could see what shipping would be to you.
I have in stock .030, .060, .125 and in various sizes.
Larry,
Horror stories about thin styrene? As time permits, I'd like to hear (okay, read

) a couple of them. From posts here, I was considering using those "yard sale" signs for concrete and/or asphalt roads. Is there something I should know about using those?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Tom
