Just received my new Athearn Wheeling and Lake Erie SD 40's and have a question. I opened the boxes for inspection and found a parts bag containing small parts that I assume are to be added to the Loco. However it wasn't clear at least on first inspection where they are to go. The parts list wasn't very clear either. Silly question where do they go?
 
Those are detail parts for the fuel tank. There should be a box in the lower left corner of the parts list that shows where they go.
