Decoder Tester Question

Hello Everyone.
Can anyone tell me anything about the Decoder Tester that I have here ?
It doesn't have a makers name on it so I can't find any information about it.

I haven't seen that tester before and the picture is too blurry to make out details. It might be a Lenz but I can't tell for sure. I have used the Ulrich model at http://www.ulrichmodels.biz/servlet/the-273/Decoder-Testor/Detail?sfs=519e0e54 with success. It's relatively cheap and works well.

Hi Gene.
As far as I can gather it seems to be European but it's hard to tell without any marking as to model etc.

Well the picture is a bit blurry...but from what i can see it has 2 interfaces/plugs on it and both are labelled as NEM plugs...so that tells me its most probably European.
