Had to rewind a few times to verify but does anyone recognize that gold colored thing? The show is shown at the bottom of the screen.... About the failed spacewalk on a Gemini flight.

It was a prop in a Gemini capsule mockup for the show. Pretty cheesy set design , but I guess everyone has a budget!

Does look like an MRC throttle. The orange thing on the right looks a lot like a lit lamp with an orange shade, as well.

I'm trying to internet find this but in MR or RMC back then they had pics of the demonstration of the moon landing using HO models on HO track.
