!Critical Problem with digitrax throttle

My Dt402 stopped working today, it has fallen from a coffe table about 2 feet tall. now when plugged, if i touch any button the throttle reboot and the command station start beeping 9 time.The throttle has no visual damage, even a scratch. I really dont know what to do.....

Contact D'trax - they can tell you what needs to be done. You'll probably need to send it in for check/repair.....

When you talk to them leave out the part about it falling.
If it has batteries remove them for a couple of minutes. Also check all of the buttons and make sure one of them isn't stuck in.

Im quite sure it had a weak weld on a chip, when shaking it i can hear a little clicking noise
