If it I'm not being too much of a PITA could someone please post some pictures of different couplers and label them as what breed they are? Also, on the hooked horned couplers, is the horn supposed to represent the air hoses? Thanks so much guys, Dave

The horn is not supposed to represent the air hoses. It's there to be tripped by an uncoupling ramp that would push the horns together and pull the hooks apart. I always found it to be a hit and miss operation, mostly miss.
These are the three types of couplers I use most of the time.
Kadee #118 Whisker standard head Shelf coupler.
Kadee #148 Whisker standard head coupler.
Kadee #5 standard head coupler. The old reliable.

No, the heights not right. The truck mounted coupler pockets of the Model Power GP9 are junk.
