Has anyone here heard of cutting off the Uncoupler bar that hangs under the coupler? I have some on a pair of Dash-9s that I have, and i need to find a way to get rid of them, or hid them.
Thanks in advance,
John
Assuming you mean the bent pin under the Kadee that "looks like" an air hose?
It isn't uncommom to snip it off when it interferes or looks out of place (it isn't to scale anyway). Unless you use magnetic uncoupling or other means that requires that to be there, it is pretty much useless.
Alright, thats the information I was looking for. Thanks Ken
