I need to build a number of late 20th century houses typical to the northeastern states or eastern Canada. I’m thinking of cardstock construction, as I don’t need fine craftsman quality, and I’d like to knock out a bunch cheaply and quickly. I’m not finding any kits or printable images - everything seems to be way too old, railroad structures or industries, european, or styles common to other parts of the US such as large single story homes. I’m looking for colonial and cape structures, mostly. Maybe the occasional split or raised ranch, or apartment building.

I have made my own, drawing on cardstock with ink and colored paper, but I’m not satisfied with the image quality. My artist skills are rusty.

Any hints or pointers to these types of cardstock structures?

I suppose. I have the aptitude to do that, but I don’t want to, and I have a B&W printer. I’d really like to punch or cut something out and glue it together. Maybe once the road is operable, I’ll be in the mood.

Instead of photos, I’ve also just used textures from the web. I made a large corrugated warehouse with a sample of siding found online. Doesn’t get past the B&W printer issue though.
