Just a quick question about the command 2000 DCC controller. It states that 14-20 volts AC or DC input can be used. The Genesis Big Boy instructions warn not to use AC or damage will occur. So if I use a 18 volt AC power supply rated at 1 amp will the the command 2000 convert the output to DC?
