Coil Coupler Conversion

I have a NW2 Switcher (6250) with coil type couplers and would like to convert these to magnetic type. Any suggestions or experiences to share would be appreciated.
 
Have you checked the Kadee coupler conversion chart? They make many kinds of scale couplers.

Unfortunately I am not familiar with the 6250 NW2 Switcher. Are those couplers mounted on the truck or the frame?
 
to those on this forum a 6250 is a Lionel Switcher. The couplers are coil operated. I think you need to contact someone more familiar with Lionel products.
