Nice looking engine, Zoegraf. Who made it?

Hi Jim,

The 0-8-0 is a brass samhongsa I bought back in the late 1980's when I had a switching layout. I don't run it much on my branchline layout, but do run it once a month for fun.
Here are some better shots of it. It was custom painted and I slightly weathered it. The only other samhongsa I have is a doodlebug. The rest are Overlands by Ajin.

I wondered if it was Samhongsa. It's too bad they went belly up, since I always thought they produced some the nicest brass steamers made. If you're not aware of it, Chan Hur, who was the head of the Samhongsa brass department, is now running Sam Model Tech (http://www.sammodel.com/), so there's some hope we may see some more quality brass on the market again.

Thanks for the info. I would sure like to get a hold of a samhongsa CNR 0-6-0, but the only ones I have come across over the years were in bad shape both physically and mechanically. Seeing some new brass on the market from samhongsa would be nice.
Have you ever seen any of the brass from Division Point. I'm thinking of ordering a CNR Pacific from them.
Here is a macro shot of my Ajin CNR 2-8-0.
Cheers
