I am in the phase of putting my backdrop up. I know that there is lots of different materials to use but my question is, is there a way to paint cardboard so it does not look like paint soaked cardboard? I have access to perfect double wall cardboard sheets and I would really like to use them. Thanks!

Try using some Wall Paper to cover it, it MIGHT work.

I'm looking at using foam core, the stuff kids use for science projects.

See if you can pick up some of the political candidate signs after the elections.
Most are made out of the plastic cardboard and you help clean up the environment.:)
