Bought this caboose at a LHS a number of years ago already built and lettered. but have been wondering just how accurate it is to a prototype.
Unfortunely not sure of the manufacturer! Ambroid? Northeastern scale models?
anyone have an idea.....:confused:
Has a Soo Line family look about it but though I have found a lot of pictures of Soo crummys none quite matched this piece.

Boy' betcha your right ....clean forgot about the labelle kits.
Thanks for solving the mystery :D they really are a nice looking kit.
One thing i did notice is that the builder placed the bolsters a bit to far towards the center of the car but maybe that was a boo-boo in the instructions.
Nothing that can't be remedied.... Think i paid $10 for this baby about 15 yrs ago....still was a good deal though.
