Nope, it's Kato, but he needs to learn to take better pictures, it's impossible to tell anything about the quality of the paint job from those pics.

From what I can tell it's nice and all, but he needs to add another $200 in detail parts to make it worth that price.
 
Maybe the pics are blurry for a reason? That's the chance you take with E-Bay.

That is how UP should have done their heritage units. In there real fallen flag paint schemes.
 
Hey now, Custom painted units are a big thing on eBay! But if ya'll want one, I'm up to it, and it'll be a whole heck of allot cheeper!
