Cabooses


I use cabooses no matter the time period. They help me realize I lost part of my train on the backside of the layout somewhere :D and I'd better stop the train and find it.
The last caboose I got was this Atlanta and West Point.

It didn't have window glass so I used small pieces of 'mostly' clear section of developed black and white film I had laying around.

The UP still uses a caboose in Little Rock, AR....actually between south LR to Bryant to Bauxite to Benton to Malvern servicing various industries from Alcoa aluminum plant to an aggregate plant, gypsum plant etc....

The caboose is a MoPac red caboose...will post a pic tonight.
 
Here's a caboose here in Pine Bluff,AR.The photo was taken by my cell phone on 11-08-07.I saw it yesterday on the local that runs on the White Bluff Sub.I do modern day also and like cabooses at the end of my trains.I'm doing fallen flags of the UP.
