Hello,
I was looking into making a single track bridge pier, but I'm not sure where to start. I've found them online and stuff, but I need one to be 4 inches tall and the tallest I've seen is 2 inches. Or, is this not sounding like a good idea. I guess I'm a bit stumped in how to get my 2 warren truss bridges together at the height I want. It's crossing a river.

Two possibilities. Get an HO concrete bridge pier and cut it to the correct height and width. Smooth concrete looks the same in N or Ho scales. The other is to buy two N scale piers and kitbash them together to make one taller pier. One HO pier is probably the easiest alternative.

Hi URI: Good advice from Jim. Another possibility is make your own. These piers were made from 1x4 scraps covered with a thin coat of Structolite/Sculptamold mix to simulate concrete. DJ.

Third possibility;

Build one out of foamboard. Its surface is smooth enough to imitate a poured concrete structure, and is cheap as well.

Thanks for the ideas, got a starting pont now. Been banging my head on it for a bit.
