Pretty much what the title says. This loco came with the layout I bought this summer, I remember trying smoke when we first got it and it worked great. I haven't run smoke through it in quite a while but my son wanted to do smoke again so I put a few drops in and turned on the smoke heater, smoke started coming out of cracks around the smoke door at the front and different places in the sides etc. but nothing was coming out of the smoke stack.
Any suggestions what might be wrong?

The stack is clogged with smoke fluid. Blow gently into the smoke stack, and try again. Also, if you overfill it, the fluid will just kind of boil and stew, without puffing.

That worked!
I wish all my model railroading problems were that easy to fix....
