Looks like a decent design.......I'd suggest moving the left hand cross-over at the top around to the left hand side of the layout (south of the mountain). Having the crossover that close to the switch that leads to your inner track will cause issues as the cars try to snake through multiple switches. You might also move the one cross-over on the right side to the bottom.....it would expand your operations a little and trying to use both cross-overs on the right at the same time could cause some issues (same as the above). My only other question/comment is where will the layout be located.......you can only count on about 2 ft. of reach, so if one of the long sides is against a wall, you'll have trouble reaching about a 2 ft X 4 ft section on the back/middle of the layout. For example if the top of your drawing was a wall, you'll have trouble reaching into the town area to work on things. If the layout is in the middle of a room, you'll be fine.
