my HO layout and willing to pay for the time/service. Please email me

I am looking for some one with good experience in wiring, dcc, tortoise switch laying out tracks, building layout etc.

I can't exactly help you myself since I live in MD, but I know there are several members on this forum from VA. It may take awhile before one of them sees your post, so you may occasionally need to "bump" it back to the top of the page.
Do you belong to the NMRA? I know their Potomac Division is quite active, but I'm not sure if it includes Richmond or not. That might be another way to make contact with local modelers if nobody responds from here...

About 45 minutes outside of Richmond we have a train club in Yorktown
