The guy has loads of small-scale animation stuff. I was particularly impressed by the Z scale barber pole. Stuff like this is why I love small scale.

You could easily fully automate that thing with a microcontoller running some simple firmware. It sure beats my childhood Lionel milkcan car that flings cans out the door for realisim.

It would be fun to have it appear to endlessly dig a ditch that refills itself with a hidden return-path on a flat belt conveyor. You might even make the return path work by gravity alone -- with some work
