If you're going to off-load a tank car, don't forget to open the vent..... and whatta ya' want to bet, some Division Mgr. somewhere is going to really be upset.

and if you steam clean it don't close it up tight! Steam takes 1600 times the volume of water and as it cools will create quite the vacuum as evidenced here.
 
Easy fix!!...Just seal the vent, add 200 lbs. of baking soda, 55 gals. of vinegar.....Shake well!....and have some one to open the vent when its back to shape! :D :D ....or 500 gal. of Coca~Cola and a case of Mentos!....Something like that just happened here at a truck accident a couple weeks ago...a tanke upset and when they were transfering the materials they didn't open the ventand it collapsed the tanker on well travled hiway that was the only way thru a narrows (between 2 mountains) and underconstruction...closing the hiway for 11 hours till they got it cleaned up!! :(
