I don't recall ever seeing an all black CN loco. Anyone know what this is?

It is in fact a gray Alstom rebuilt, ex-Alstom Lease SD40-2, rebuilt from a CN SD40. Since the CN takeover of WC & IC, these SD40-2's have appeared in CN "paint" with WC or IC reporting marks below the road number.
