Rapido Trains displayed a wide range of their models. The ACF Flexi flo hoppers are insanely detailed. Three HO scale versions will be produced.

They did do a MARVELOUS job on that car.


I just haven't yet talked myself into $60 freight cars
 
Kit for older AHM cars?

I liked those cars so much I have a fair collection of the older AHM versions. Of course many of those had problems with broken plumbing on that hanging detail, and the type of plastic did not lend itself to repairs so readily as it was rather brittle.

Did anyone ever do some sort of kit to update some of these old cars?

Perhaps one of those 3D printer wiz guys could generate something?

Yesterday I went looking for my collection of the old AHM models of these cars. Turns out I have close to a dozen,...told you I liked these cars. Amazingly most of these do not appear to have the broken plumbing lines 👍
