AC 4400 making noise

hi there i have a Kato AC4400 that when in reverse is stalls for a second then goes but it wont do it when going forward its dcc & dc this site wont let me upload a video so if one of you guys want to get in contact with me you can ask for my email so i can send you the video.

AC4400 trouble shooting advice

Looks like a binding gear train.

What's the best way to fix it?

Remove the body, examine for loose parts. If nothing obvious remove the trucks and disassemble them looking for loose parts.
If you're not sure how to do that, you might check with your local hobby shop or seek local hobbyist who may be able to help you.

I noticed the headlight come on when it paused. Could be a wiring problem.
