I don't think the driver or bike rider was at fault in the first video. That was obviously a very view restructed crossing that was unprotected. That engineer should have been sounding his horn and bell long before the bike rider showed up. Lots of dumb people out there, including some engineers.
 


Well, the engineer should have been signaling however about that pickup driver... The crossing was unguarded so there was nothing to give indication that traffic should be stopping. So did anyone else notice the very long line of traffic he was holding up behind him? And what do you think of the guy in the first car holding everyone back when you get stuck behind him in a long line of traffic?
