A question to all on a possable purchace?

I was offered a bunch of Atlas Code 83 track and a few misc band items.

heres what all there is.

7- no 4 turnouts (atlas)
1- short bridge (atlas)
3- no 6 turnouts (walthers)
1- curved turnout (walthers)
84' ft of flex track (atlas)

The track is used but appears to be in very good condition, prolly use a typical cleaning, but no biggie.

The seller is asking $75.00 delivered for it all. Im not sure if this is a good price or not. I know the turnouts would cost that and then some.

ok glad to hear this as i was leaning twords it my self. I figure if i dont use all the full size flex i can always shorten some.
