A "must model"

I looked up the "Transandino de Chile". What that video shows is a railbus that occasionally takes tourists up to the current end of track on a former rail link between Chile and Argentina. That route hasn't been officially abandoned, but it last ran in 1984, and the line is now blocked by landslides and washouts. It had extensive rack assist sections on both sides, and was a maintenance nightmare, so neither country has much interest in restoring it. Also it's meter gauge, which doesn't match the rail networks in Chile or Argentina. Below the disused section, the Chilean side of the railroad serves some mines, so it's still functioning.
