Your style reminds me of Van Gogh (I think that's the one) where the paint is applied in splotches and blends in from afar. I noticed that especially in your VW.

edit: forgot the van part. 😋
I like the modernists the impressionists da Vinci painting and inventions early el Greco Picasso is all right art deco art nouveau oh I just like art these are all on my layout

VWs reminds me of my childhood we had 4 beetles and in those days the drivers often high fives each other as a kid I would be most dissapinted if they did not wave back. I see Tesla drivers have started this I know I know he is out of favour with many but I owned my Tesla 5 years so parking carefully in a supermarket only so someone does not key my car seems unfair but anyway VWs love them 🤪
Ah yea punctuation……I’ll try promise

Elon’s out of favor for some but politics in America forgive or forget anyone. At soccer today the Telsa in front of me had a sign about not being in the Elon fan club. Probably is but uses the sign to hopefully prevent vandalism to the car.

America is very strange right now depending on the view you take.

I am on my 7th VW but only owned 1 Bug. A Camo painted ugly bugger that had no heater in the cold Wisconsin winter of 1981. I think it was a 1967 model with floorboard ventilation in the back seat floor that didn’t take too many years to occur. Paid $100 for it and got $300 for it after the motor blew up traveling down the highway at 70mph.

Oh golly. TROYPHOTO is going to swoon!

Great work!

We had a 68. I rebuilt the motor in '84 right before I left. My brother built it into a hot rod with a big motor and tight suspension. Then it sat on blocks for a long time. I would check google maps once in a while to see if it was still there. One day, it was gone.

I'm actually not a fan of the Warhammer universe. It's a Space Post-Appoc Total War setting. Not my thing.

But I do like what Jaz is doing to incorporate it into her layouts in non Warhammer ways.
Lord of the Rings?

If push
Wait until you see what I have planned for my Zombie Appoc Conrail layout. It's N Scale though, so trying to find the figure I want in that small of scale is a challenge.
comes to shove adapt one?
These are 00 so easily 100percent easier
Paint and texture can easily impact

You truly were not missing anything and I owned 1. But for me cars are just transport and a very huge waste of money but in the US very necessary
No no no I owned a red spitfire with chrome and a black top never ever just transport!
I’m pretty sure my husband married me because of that car!
Mine was red and that does not represent me I’m brunette :p
I would drive on the motorway long hair flowing Doberman perched in back ears flapping, we got honked A LOT!
Not just a car….

Ma'am, Your work is amazing. Great job! I love the miniatures. It is something I have been getting into (Sort of. In the form of Mega Construx micro action figures). And the layout (The track set up) is amazing! Love the way it looks. Though I am a guy from the states, I want to do a British railway as well.
