    There have been many ways to Simulate rust on models, perhaps the best I have found to date (IMHO) is the use of “Patina Rust” this is a two bottle mix, you paint on from one bottle where you would like the rust to be, wait until the next day and use the second bottle and paint over those parts...

    Hi Dan, The plug in buildings is a nice concept, but as building sizes differ quite a bit from scale to scale I doubt it would be viable. Also Track widths would be different. cheerio Shamus

    It was all done in photoshop, I first photographed the locos using just one light in front and low, then cutaway the area I didn't want, took the sunset photo and placed the locos in front. Shamus
