DC/DCC Locomotive

I just bought a Bachman Spectrum 2-10-2 steam locomotive. It was billed on Ebay as a loco that could run on both DC and DCC. I dont have DCC and when I try to run on DC it doesn't do anything. I'm assuming this is because its set to run on DCC. How can I set it to DC?

It may have a decoder in the tender. Remove the decoder(if it is plugged in) Put a DC jumper in.

Decoder is prolly set up as DCC only. You could ask someone with DCC to set it back to dual mode. Real easy process.
