Mill Street Patrol

As promised, the Mill St. clean up has begun.
I made a few calls and the local patrol came to get traffic moving, hand out citations and direct the tow truck drivers as to what vehicles need to be removed. The guy with the camera is an old friend of mine. He's Ben Gawkin from the Claims Dept. of the New York and Western RR.
At my request, Ben said he would come on down to snap a few pics of the clean up.
I wonder where my two residential critics have gone too???
