Lucky Number 13

Train #532 is headed to stock yard duty. It will drop off four reefers of ice for the ice house, move the empty stock cars to the cleaning track, drop of a tank of fuel oil, and leave a couple flat cars to be loaded by heavy equipment junk. Finally it will move reefers loaded with meat to and through the icing track before returning to the yard. The stock yard area is tight and so the train is
assigned the smallest caboose in the pool, lucky #13.

The caboose is a kitbashed (by a friend) Athearn bay window. The design was inspired by the Walthers piker and oscar passenger cars.

Say Gandy Dancer,
That is cute as heck and quite imaginative, I've always loved the shorty cabooses!

My long time friend, Brian Francis - recently departed, also like Jerry was an avid SP modeler would have love that too and I sure would have made one up for himself.

Thanks for posting it.
