One Nineteen West Main is the name of a restaurant in La Grange, KY. CSX trains run in a track in Main Street. The food is good and reasonably priced, and it is a good place to watch trains. .... (I have no business conections with the restaurant.) 
I took this photo about three years ago while eating at the restaurant. CSX 544 is a GE unit and it was the trailing locomotive in  a two unit consist.
