Awesome shot. And I'm kicking myself in the as$ for not making more effort to photograph a monster/weirdo just like this last year when I was pacing it in a consist across North Dakota. It was in full BNSF scheme, but the unmistakable GP30 hood gave it away as something out of the ordinary. I'm guessing a few of these particular rebuilds are best to see in Seattle area?
Probably power on locals so most terminals originating smaller locals could have one. Seattle is probably a good place to start as are Everett and Spokane.
