Constructed in about 1982 or 1983 as part of an NTrak module, the entire waterfall, including the mist at the base, which is difficult to see from this angle, was made from only 1 cotton ball. I stretched it out really thin, then trimmed the sides a bit. Then I eye-droppered first alcohol, then GLOSS medium (not matte) right behind the alcohol. Then I flowed an itty bitty bit of green(ish), maybe blue-green, paint down it. Just do a very little bit at a time to ease up on the desired look. Remember, there is no "undo" in this deal. Like Malcom Furlow said "DRYBRUSH EVERYTHING"! Do this with GLOSS white. The most difficult part was getting the fall to "arch" a bit. This would be a natural aspect as gravity begins to take over from the swiftness of the river that creates the fall. A sudden right angle drop really looks bad!
