Atlas O Custom Union Pacific Boxcar

This a Atlas O Boxcar I painted it last year one side didn’t turn out very well after I put the Champ decals on I gave it a light coat of clear the decals kinda had a reaction to it but I’m going to leave it.

No this was my fault it was humid yesterday and I was hurrying and put to thick of layers to fast instead of light layers and build. I was trying to beat the humid air trapping it I knew better not to paint yesterday. It was the decals that reacted not the paint trust me I learned 30years ago what goes with Enamel and lacquer. I hate when I do stupid stuff like this.

Weird how it looks so circular, haven’t seen that before.
Maybe a little weathering and it will become a battle scar.
(you didn’t use it as a coaster did you?)

Rico. It may become a coaster that’s from the pad print from the previous name sometimes you can’t remove it and hope it gets hidden but not this case oh may still do some weathering on it

I go by the three foot rule. If it can't be seen from three feet away, then it's acceptable. I tried before to make freight cars look perfect with the digital camera and it doesn't work.
On my around the walls layout, I can face the bad side away from the aisle and it's never seen again!
