I have a small n scale layout with 2 signals .
does anyone know how to build a signal animater with radio shack parts ?

It's not clear what kind of signals you have or exactly what you want to do with them. However, there are many circuits at the following site, and maybe some of them will be useful for you.

Are you talking about a crossing gate signal, or train control semaphore signals or something else. Most people use slow motion switch machines, like the tortoise, to animate signals. A wig-wag crossing signal might be harder.

First could you change the font you are using - it is VERY hard to read.

Secondly we have to know what you are trying to do plus thetype of operating system you are using - DC - DCC - etc.
